The absorption of mass required to form such a massive black hole is enormous. But the red-shifting of the observed light implies that it was emitted soon after the Big Bang. Too soon in fact for the required accretion process for such a massive black hole to be completed. The standard accretion model unfolding according to the current Big Bang model will have to be revised to take into account the new experimental data. There are numerous hypotheses and specific processes relating to the first steps of the Big Bang history that could be reworked to get the observed result, so I think that it should be easy to find a plausible explanation...
I am preparing an article titled "In science, a law, a theory and a model are different categories with different roles and different levels of validity». At the core of the article will be the highlighting of the changing nature of general scientific models and the difficulty of falsifying them. I should publish it at the beginning of 2018.
